Vision
Our goal is to build a holding of Central European importance focused on the logistics, food industry and agriculture. We strive to ensure that our business partners select us for the high level of our customer care, the reliability of our services and the top quality of our products. Our ambition is to become leaders in the fields in which we do the business.

Through motivated employees and using modern technological tools creating products in the form of services or physical products that will be required by the market, enabling the group to create resources for its long-term development and at the same time bringing added value to the society in which we live.

Our story
Growth came from responding to increasingly complex supply chain needs — one customer relationship at a time. Each new market and service line was added because existing customers asked us to follow them.
1992
HOPI started out as a cash & carry supermarket. Running its own supply chain taught the business logistics so well that it began offering it as a service to partners — the root of today's 3PL.
2000–2010
Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Romania join the operating footprint. Same model, local teams, shared standards.
2010–2020
Ambient, chilled, and frozen flows integrated under one operating model. Value-added services and fulfilment added as full service lines.
Today
16 distribution centres. 4 500 colleagues. SBTi-aligned roadmap to 2030. Family ownership unchanged.
